This family-friendly cottage is a wonderful home away from home. It offers plenty of room for children to play outside in a gated area, and even has friendly dogs for them to interact with. The location is quiet and within walking distance to a local pub, making it ideal for a short countryside break. The cottage is well-supplied with a well-equipped kitchen and additional facilities in the garden house. The host is friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues.
The location of the bathrooms and narrow stairs may pose difficulties for elderly guests.

I recently stayed in a lovely self-catering spot in a beautiful location. The surroundings were absolutely stunning and there was easy parking available. The annexe had plenty of room and all modern amenities, including a washing machine and outdoor space. The owner even provided a stair gate upon request. It was truly a perfect week.
While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the wooden chairs in the kitchen needing seat pads and a slightly uncomfortable couch, they were easily overlooked considering the overall experience. Additionally, the mattress protectors were noisy and the towels were a bit worn.

The cottage offered a cozy and warm atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The surrounding areas were absolutely beautiful, providing a picturesque setting for walks and explorations. Additionally, the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The lack of bath amenities was a disappointment. It would have been nice to have soap and shampoo provided, as it is a basic necessity for guests.

We recently stayed at Clock House Cottage in Brook for a week and had a fantastic time. The Annexe where we stayed was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The hosts, Amanda and her furry welcoming party, were incredibly welcoming and dog-friendly. Our dog and toddler both loved exploring the garden. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for long walks with our dog. We also enjoyed dining at The Sun Inn, a great pub within walking distance. we highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was fantastic and had all the modern amenities we needed. the hosts were amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We loved the spacious annex with plenty of room for our family. the outdoor space was also a highlight, perfect for enjoying the countryside setting. the quiet location was great for a peaceful getaway, and we appreciated being within walking distance to a local pub.
The description of the property was not entirely accurate, as it mentioned a double bed with a single bed and a twin-bedded room. there was no single bed and one child had to sleep downstairs on a bunk bed in the lounge.
